Herschel Heritage Hardshell Luggage

Excellent quality at an excellent price!

✅ Nice body casing. It feels strong. The texture is a nice touch to give it some personality and finished by the recognisable Herschel branding. I actually prefer a luggage with this kind of body as it makes them less noticeable when it has scratches compared to a smooth luggage body. ✅ Colour: I got the pink one on a wonderful sale/deal and the colour is really nice. It’s just a bit less ashy compared to the SonyXM5 Smoky Pink, so it’s not too pink that it’ll turn you off. The colour is actually quite lovely. ✅ Smooth zipper. Didn’t snag or get stuck once. ✅ Strong handles. Didn’t have that fragile flimsy or shaky feel that you might experience with some luggage’s. They pull out smoothly and locks in properly. You can feel assured that it won’t give out on even you when you’re pulling it instead of just rolling it straight on the ground. ✅ Nice inner compartments on the partition. ❌ Weight: The Herschel carry on luggage runs a little bit heavier compared to other well know luggage brands so I find this to be their biggest flaw. ✅ Smooth 360 wheels. I actually find the wheels to be the biggest highlight of the design. It’s super smooth and balanced. Even when I was testing it by messing around by turning it this way and that quickly, it never once stumbled and fall down. Truly superb. Overall I knocked off a star off my rating simply because of the weight. Otherwise, there is seriously nothing else I can criticise about it. It’s a really well constructed and attractively designed luggage. If you aren’t really an overpacker like me, or are using it for non flight carry on trip, this is definitely a perfect carry on luggage. It’s very spacious and can honestly fill up much more than the regular 7kg cabin weight allowance. However that can also be considered that the contents weight may well go over 7kg when you fill it properly to the brim due to the fairly weighty empty weight to begin with. But overall for the price that it is offering, and the quality that it offers, this is absolutely a great deal.

Nice luggage

I never owned a hard-case suitcase before and I was a bit nervous that it would get all scratched up or wouldn’t fit easily in the overhead bin. I’ve since taken it on four flights and it has zero damage at all, which really impressed me. It also fit in the overhead bin with no problems. Overall, I’m most impressed with how well it rolls ...compared to my last Swiss Army suitcase, this is amazing. I didn’t even realize how bad my old one was until I got this. The wheels are incredibly smooth and make navigating airports effortless, even when it’s fully packed. The build feels sturdy and well-made and the sleek black design looks great in person. Overall, I like this suitcase a lot, and I’ve received several compliments at the airport.
