I am so impressed with this purchase! Super fast and great work computer. I'm a graphic designer and illustrator and i was in desperate need of a new computer at a good price and could handle many design softwares I use. I love the fingerprint lock feature. The screen is very wide and clear. I use Photoshop, illustrator, and 3D rendering software and all run fine without any delays or freezing.

Hinge broke
The build quality was a problem. The motherboard failed after 2 years. I paid for an out-of-warranty repair. Two weeks after the repair, the hinge broke. Apparently, this is a know defect. They fail, just by opening them normally. Dell support was terrible. They didn't offer any solutions other than paying for another out-of-warranty repair. At this point, would rather throw it in the trash.

First disappointment with a Dell, but a nasty one.
For many years I have purchased only Dell computers and liked them all, but this one was a sore disappointment. The keyboard is terrible. It has no touch sensibility to speak of, but especially in the space bar. No matter the speed or care you use you can never determine how many spaces you will get--one, two or even three or four. Every time you hit it you have to examine the results and try to back space a time or two to try to adjust it. What a pain!
