I picked up this supplement primarily for the Tongkat Ali—I've heard a lot about its benefits for vitality, and it’s definitely been doing the job. After taking it for just a short time, I felt a noticeable difference. The first morning I woke up, I literally had to wrestle a beast—something I haven’t felt in a while. Let’s just say it’s been great for bringing that extra energy back. The other ingredients, like Sea Moss and Ashwagandha, I expect are there to help with overall well-being and support, and I’m sure they’re contributing to the effects. But for me, the Tongkat Ali is the standout, really giving me that vitality boost I was looking for. On top of that, the 1500mg dose feels potent enough without being too much. With 60 servings, I can see this lasting a while, which is nice. If you're looking for a natural boost to kickstart your mornings and help bring some serious energy back into your life, this is definitely worth trying. I’ll be sticking with it. Side note: Lately, I’ve been experimenting with different habits to improve my overall energy and health. I’m now drinking freshly ground coffee from a steel coffee maker (no more cheap filters or instant stuff), cutting out sugar whenever I can, and just trying a bunch of new things to see what works best. So far, this supplement is definitely one of the better additions to my routine.

I has read about the benefits of Shilajit and thought it was worth a try. But other products I purchased before this came in a different form, a small glass bottle of shilajit "paste" that needed to be dissolved in tea or boiling water. As a result, I was never able to easily incorporate it into my daily routine. But these caspules solve that problem--and with the additions of the other ingredients, especially the Tongkat Ali, which I've enjoyed positive benefits from, this is a good product. I only use one per day, but that gives me 600 mg of Shilajit, comparable (even slightly higher) than the other brands I had.

Tbh, I am not sure the full extent of how this product affects me. I got it along with a very similar product,Pure Himalayan Shilajit for Men - Boost Stamina & Athleticism, Support Metabolism & Energy | 10,000mg Shilajit Ashwagandha Supplements + Irish Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali, PQQ, and I all that I can say after tying to see whether or not I feel the benefits advertised. All will say is I do get up earlier and seem to be..........aroused and ready to go faster than normal ,so I take that as a win. I wanted to see would the ashwagandha would maybe help with my moods. The verdict is still out. As far as anti inflammation, I don't have much swelling and it did not help much. I can use this same review with the aforementioned product that I listed.

I've been taking this every morning for a couple of weeks. I've had supplements like this with similar ingredients and this one is good! Not the abosulte best but 8/10. When I take it in the morning, I feel more focused, centered, and energized. (I take a different shilajit supplenment at night and it helps me center and relax. It grounds you). I've had consistently good energy thoughout the day and feel it supports my overall health. Ashwaghanda is an effective adaptogen, Tongkat Ali is great for anti aging, and sea moss has a range of benefits from anti aging to digestive support. Love these ingredients! If you have tried shilajit, but don't like the taste, this is an excellent option because the capsule makes it tasteless. The pills are moderate sized and easy to swallow. I'd say this is effective and under $20, excellent value!
