Got a defective watch. Watch display was flickering when arrived and stopped working within 2 days. Tried to return the watch within the valid period but there were no options on return clicking except chat or call the company phone. When contacted the provided number nobody picked up the calls and when raised complaint ticket on their firebolt website they denied to give the Warranty saying the product purchased from 3rd party that is Amazon.in. Amazon said to get the denial letter from the company. And the company denied and said product is purchased from 3rd party that is Amazon.in So neither Amazon.in nor the firebolt is replacing or refunding the watch. This has happened the first time ever on Amazon. Very disappointed from Amazon.

The watch is accurate for workout and gym. I am using this smartwatch for more than a month and the performance is still good. It is very durable, it got hit many times but still looks the same. It is very comfortable and light weight. Display size is also good. Wearing it makes a stylish look. But it does not have any games.
