Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. The gum gets soft and falls apart in the mouth and sticks to your teeth. The pieces of this gum were stuck to my teeth for days and would not come out with flossing or brushing and I had to get professional teeth cleaning done to remove all the little pieces from my teeth. Do not buy this product. You will not be happy when this happens.

I think this is rated to low. In my experience with the product-it’s great. I prefer the nuggets soft. which I think you can soften them from prolonged heat like if you keep them in your vehicle or pocket but there are hard and soft nuggets pretty simple if you can afford to test it. My main complaint is the labeling for different sizes is not clear and that’s about it. I get dry mouth a lot in spite of tons of water and electrolytes and this seems like a better lifestyle choice than xylitol gum which I chewed religiously before. I like it -again i think the ratings are too low and I recommend this product if you aren’t picky regarding taste (like pine sap/needles) which I am actually like.

My son desperately wanted to try this gum so I bit the bullet and bought it. I’m giving this 4 stars only because of the taste. It wasn’t terrible but definitely did not have a great flavor. It’s more like chewing on a soft piece of plastic than actual chewing gum. Your jaw will definitely get a workout

Exactly what I expected and an easy 10/10. Curious about the veracity of the negative reviews. The taste is fine (what did you expect!?), it doesn’t stick to your teeth at all, it is rigorous to chew and works the jaw as advertised.

Didn’t really like it, it got stuck on my teeth and had to use a few drops in order to mock having regular gum. I liked the organic part of it but the flavor and texture-size ratio it’s weird, liked the sugar free option but it’s not worth it.

The taste is fine. Earthy, mild. But there’s inconsistency in the texture as some pieces disintegrate and/or get stuck to your teeth and there’s no way to know which piece will do what. Lastly, there’s just not much here for over $30. Won’t be buying again

I've tried 4 other brands of mastic before coming to Greco Gum. They have, by far, the best overall quality of any others. Great taste that never fades, only becomes brittle after frequent inactivity (this is normal), I've chewed the same pinch for 8 hours at a time. For the uninitiated, you take in pinch by pinch until you are satisfied with the size and then chew away; some pieces may be soft, but most are hard so mix them in. It's okay to swallow the juice or some pieces (aids in digestion, great after meals), and it's an excellent snacking deterrent especially at work. Your jaw will hurt, it will pop and crack, etc until your jaw gets more used to it. This is intentional and desired. My jaw muscles are much stronger now. I can breathe through my nose all the time, my throat doesn't hurt after waking up (reduces or eliminates snoring), and I don't get tension headaches or migraines anymore. Cannot recommend it enough.

A bit cruchy (at the beginning) , small & hard. I recommend chewing it with excel gum. I do think it is good quality, will buy again and will update results!

New favorite gum and its healthy for you! Gentle long lasting flavor. Great for building up your jaw line. If you have poor teeth, may not be the best for you as it is quite hard. But it's also not going to be full of the microplastics that other gums are filled with.

Good for jaw line, but tastes a bit odd. Also decomposes when i drink water

Really great gum. I’ve found that this brand doesn’t stick to my teeth as much as other mastics gums I’ve tried. The tin it comes in is nice as well, convenient for travelling.

Love the texture,feel asome to the mouth and gums will be buying again
