I don't often post comment, but this steam cleaner really worth the value, I just wanted to try it when I see such a low price, and I thought probably I will return it, but I really like this cleaner now, it showed us very good performance.It comes with all accessories, the size is not very big, and not very heavy, so I can use it every week, and the wheels run smoothly. Heating fast, operation is very easy.Good for clean windows, because of those long tubes, I don't need ladder at all.It as good as our previous one, but that one cost us more than 150 pound, now I only hope this new steam cleaner can last for long time, it really can be used in various places, much useful.

Literally took it out of the box to use the other day and it won't even heat up. Really disappointed. Expected to get some use of it considering its not a cheap item to buy

Worked for three weeks then the steam button broke scolding my hand.

I am satisfied with the product. used it recently on my tile floors and was impressed by the steam power that was produced and the duration between refills. The clip-on cloth towel for the floor attachment is a little flimsy, i will experiment with a different type. All in all a good product.

Been using this all week around the house and it has performed well on all surfaces.he floor mop uses a rectangle of towel that clips into the housing basically, so it's really easy to cut up an old towel and make some extra bits or spares. There's a couple of different 'detail' brushes that will clean anything. It's a fairly good size, not an industrial unit but quite solid feeling.I am sooo happy with this product.I will use it every day hopefully.

item is quite good all in all . quite powerful steam . only issues are the pieces which in itself do not really fit in . the cloths taht are suppose to be attached to the base of each item, do not have an attachment to keep them in place . quite small and sturdy .

Bought this in Aug ....used it 3 times and now its stopped working. Save your money.

Item has broken after roughly , 10 uses. The heating element is no longer working
