I have used this product for 2+ years. It has been consistent in quality and reliability. It is not cheapest out there and like everything price increases. Because of that I don’t take recommended amount. I started with one a day, I noticed a difference in energy and mood. Maintaining that dosage makes it something I can maintain.

This would be 5 stars if it was not so pricey. Other than that - it is perfect. I have read his articles and appreciate that this contains the necessary K. Something you must take if you are adding D. My daughter was diagnosed as severely deficient. Using this formula she is feeling better and I appreciate the quality of this supplement. Just wish it was a little more affordable.

Can anyone really tell if this helps them??? Having said that I can say that my knees don't seem to bother me nearly as much as they did. Is it because of these pills or not? That is the $64,0000 question. Some of the little aches and pains seem to have subsided also but who knows why. If I could link the reduction of maladies to these pills I would have given it 5 stars but I can't prove these really helped. I continue to take one a day and will have my vitamin d levels checked again to see if they have bumped up. I guess for most people you just have to try and see if you notice any differences. A word of warning to those on blood thinners. These do have vitamin k, which is a blood clotting agent so you better check with your doctor before you take this and blood thinners. UPDATED 1-26-19; I've been using these since 2014 and I will say that they definitely work. After a year my Vit-D levels went from 20-25 up to 45. I backed off for a few months and my vit-d levels dropped back to 25. After starting back up again my level went back to 45 after a few more months. I've done this a couple of times and my level always goes back up when I take one capsule a day. The end result is that they do work for me. Does getting your vit-d level up really help. Who knows! The longer I take these the older I get and the more I feel like a old man. Maybe I would feel worse if I didn't take these but I'm not willing to take the chance.

I once had a Vitamin D level of too low to measure. I believe that this is the very best Vitamin D product on the market. I read everything on the market at the time of the zero Vitamin D level. I made some mistakes because no one would help me. But, now, Dr. Cannell is my expert of choice. Dr. Cannell has a website and a way you can get a test that you collect yourself and mail in. If you live near the equator and spend a lot of time in the sun you may not need this. The further north you live, it is more likely. I believe you should get a test. I have had tests ordered by physicians that were ordered incorrectly and done by labs that are not any good. I actually find the test that Dr. Cannell recommends to be the only one I trust.
