The alcohol in this is so strong! It made my stomach hurt after taking it. But it does work! Save yourself the trouble and order the alcohol free one on their website. Tastes way better and works wonders. Easily doubled my supply.

First and foremost, this stuff tastes horrendous.Second, it absolutely increased my suppply.I tried the “liquid gold” and “cash cow” supplements before this one, they had no effect. They’re also more expensive in the long run.This stuff lasts twice as long at least, as one of the liquid gold supplement bottles.Baby was supplementing on average 12 oz of formula before I started rumina. I’m now at the tail end of my first bottle and we’ve gone a full 48 hours without an oz of formula.Highly recommend. For the taste I mix with a shot of cranberry juice.

Helped my supply when I took it with the goats rue. On its own, I didn’t see much of a difference

Would give zero stars. Tastes HORRID. Can't even dilute it. Had to chase with 2oz of milk to manage 2 days of dosing and didnt see increase in milk supply. Would love a refund or return but isnt eligible so I'm out almost $50.

Dispite the horrible taste, it works!!i started taking it at 7w pp. It took about 2 weeks until I saw a big difference. 2 days after I went from pumping 2 ounces to 4 but 2 weeks later I couldn’t go longer than 4 hours without leaking. I usually take it with water but I’ve heard taking it with pineapple juice really masks the flavor. Make sure to take it 3 times a day like recommended.
