Ajinomoto's Chicken Powder
The product I received was an Ajinomoto's Chicken Powder, rather than Amoy.While the product is on the pricier end of the scale, compared to other unfamiliar brands in my local Chinese grocery store, this is a brand I'm familiar with and have trust in.This chicken powder is very similar in taste to the Knorr and Lee Kum Kee chicken powders I was raised with in Hong Kong, albeit less full-bodied in flavour compared to Knorr. That being said, I am satisfied with this product and would buy again.The can has no small spoon/scoop inside, which would've bothered me if I didn't have one of those mini plastic ice-cream spoons handy in my kitchen.
