Contacted Blick via Amazon website to state that I was to be charged for return shipment as no other option existed. The usual return to Whole Foods option never even populated ?! Received full credit - thank you very much. I have not been asked to bring it to Whole Food so it is a waste of product for clay artist and Blick. Crazy. I only use mid/high fire clay and did not realize this was low fire so I can not possibly speak to product at all. Can only speak to crazy return process and only by complaining did I get satisfaction. I do appreciate the quick email re: full refund. Just too bad I had to spend time and complain re: proposed ship fee and no Whole Foods drop. Again, thank you and glad to be refunded full amount. However, there must be a better business model than complaining to get satisfaction and full refund as a consumer.
