Sleep like a baby with dreams
This helps me to sleep like a baby. I place 30 drops within a glass of water before going to bed. I was finally able to dream consistently in years. However, when I don't drink it, I wake up throughout the night and I do not have deep sleep.

Helps w/liver and fat intake
This has helped me handle fat in my diet. When I don’t take this, my stools get yellow and hard to pass (even with a pretty low in fat diet), and when I do take this (1 dropper twice a day), I don’t get them as much. I take this for liver health and to help me digest/process fat.

Part of my protocol for EBV
I have been following some of the recommendations and protocols of Anthony William, Medical Medium for addressing long-standing EBV. Red Clover is mentioned as helpful in addressing nerve issues. I have been taking this as well as doing the 90 day protocol which includes particular foods and juicing. In totality I am feeling 50-60% better which is a hard fought win. With the kitchen-sink approach, it is challenging to differentiate which items are positively affecting the symptoms. The red clover is easy to take, and pleasant tasting in a small amount of water. I plan to reorder and keep this in my arsenal.
