I was skeptical that this product " Sinus Plumber " would actually work . It does . I have an auto immune condition that affects my sinuses and other things . When my sinus pain is about as bad as it ever gets , I can turn my head left or right and hear a crunching , popping noise in my head , pretty much continuously , then I can tilt my head a certain way and produce a usually significant amount of drainage ..... horrible . Before I found this product , when I was experiencing this pain in my sinus areas as well as the back of my head and neck , the pain would usually get so bad I could not relieve it with any OTC pain reliever and would usually result in me getting cold sweats , nausea to the extent that sometimes I would vomit , and vertigo . I found by accident that if I consumed extremely hot red chili's that I bought at the olive bar at my local supermarket , and then also apply some Capzasin HP in my nostrils , it would burn really bad , but it would usually open my sinus cavities so well I would feel almost instantaneously better .Tons of mucous , relief , and exhaustion , but so worth it . This product does pretty much the same thing ..I only wish it had a little more pepper .Yes , it burns for about 10 to 15 seconds , and it works best if you inhale through your nose to draw the liquid further into your sinus cavities , but it should work for you as well as it has for me . My only caveat is that it does not work as aggressively as applying Capzasin HP creme to the inside of my nostrils , nor does it last as long , but ....it works . And here's the real kicker , it works better than ANY of the weak , OTC sinus or allergie meds available ...at least for me , none of the OTC stuff ever did anything to relieve my pain or clear my sinuses , and I tried most of them . Great product .

I have chronic sinusitis around my right eye, and for the last 20 years (I kid you not), I had no idea that they’ve been the cause of my migraines.I’ve been trying different products to drain my impacted sinuses to no avail. The most recent migraine I had lasted intolerably long, so on the sixth day, I ordered Sinus Plumber and received it two days later. (Thank you, Amazon Prime.)It’s true that there is a sting at first, but it is not nearly as bad as some of the reviews I read. I am a redhead and super sensitive to pain. My husband said I shouldn’t order this for that very reason, but I was desperate, and luckily, I am not really bothered by this product. In fact, on the second day of use, I felt no sting. I love this stuff!Tips:1. Don’t spray it twice in a row. Let the first spray do its stuff. Then after some drainage, spray again, etc.2. After spraying, lean your head to the side that is congested, and let gravity help the solution get as far into the cavity as it can. After a few minutes, straighten up and blow your nose.3. After clearing out the cavity beneath your eye, spray again and lie back on your bed with your head hanging off backward and upside down. This really helps clear the cavity above your eye.I know I’m a severe case, but I’ve heard horrible things about sinus surgery. My report: I felt some relief after a couple of hours on the first day, but I had little drainage; I am that bad off. Today on the second day, my sinuses drained a lot more. I know that it’ll just get better and better each day, and when I am completely decongested, I’ll use this for maintenance.I’m genuinely excited about this, and I really appreciate that it is a natural remedy.

This is a good remedy, but IMO not as good as the original Sinus Buster. I am very pissed at Pharma for making them pull Sinus Buster from the market. This is a worth alternative, but doesn't work as well IMO (in my opinion). It is the best alternative I have found to the original.

Non addicting. It will send a blast of heat up your nose for sure, but clears nasal passages and shrinks swollen tissue.I always have this product around.

I've always had sinus issues (lots of colds which I now know may be allergies, stuffed nose, sinus infections). But in December, I had probably the worst episode ever, with sever facial pain.... on my forehead between my eyes, cheeks below my eyes, pressure in/around my ears, teeth/jaw and jowls. My primary care physician suggested I go to an ENT (as I've never seen an ENT before) to really take a look. I was already doing a daily sinus rinse. The ENT PA scoped me and prescribed antibiotics (14 days worth actually!) as it seemed I had a bad sinus infection. But the antibiotics didn't seem to do much. I had my follow-up with the ENT doc after finishing the antibiotics, who scoped me as well and reviewed results from the CT scan they did. There was no sign of infection. But he said it's "very tight" in my nose/sinuses (small passages that may not allow enough drainage). He suggested "Sinus Plumber" that you can find on Amazon. Frankly, I was so disappointed because I was still in a lot of pain and I couldn't believe this is what he recommended. I was hoping for some miracle prescription or even some procedure that would alleviate the pain. But I was also desperate and figured might as well try it. SO glad I did! I admit it's a "jolt" when I use it. But it works! Really opens things up and allows my sinuses to drain. I can use it without worrying about getting "addicted" like with other nose sprays. And it works better than those other sprays. I'm on my 2nd bottle of Sinus Plumber and feeling MUCH better.
