I really like the features of the probiotics. It's Non-GMO and Gluten-Free which is a big win for me. Especially thrilled with the 100 Billion CFU content, it's quite potent. Also, the small capsule size is a bonus, making it much easier to swallow. Overall, this is a top-notch product that I'd definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good product. For me it helped the IBS disappear. No more constipation or diarrhea when I take it consistently. My only complaint is take the tall plastic bottle is a waste when 30 capsules would fit in a bottle half its size. Over use of plastics is poisoning the earth!

did the job and the only probiotics I'll take

I want to preface this by saying I think you should get this brand at the store. I got it at Whole Foods and it was refrigerated. Getting things on Amazon can be hard to trust. This is easily the strongest probiotic I have ever taken. And I have been taking them for years, raw, buying and making my own, kombucha, sauerkraut, kefir, capsules. The first day I took one I had a pretty bad headache and was sluggish all day. I decided to keep taking them. The next couple days no headache but some light anxiety. This is the only probiotic that has cause die off for me. If you don’t know what that is, it’s bad bacteria, yeast, fungus, or even parasites dying due to the influx of good bacteria. I now take them with no side effects. My mood is so much better and I used to have bad anxiety. I don’t anymore. Will keep taking these, but buying them from the store.
