Replaces my DR. HO's which I used for approx 10 years. The only complaint I would have about this item is how the connections are made to the pads. They are little clip-ons that tend to come disconnected if you are active while wearing them. Otherwise this works as well as the name brand and very effective specially at 1/5 of the price.

This muscle stimulator has been easy to use and provides a variety of settings to personalize the experience. The different intensity levels and modes allow for flexible use based on individual preferences. The battery life is impressive, lasting through multiple sessions before needing a recharge, and the pads adhere well during use. I also appreciate the compact design, which makes it convenient to carry and store. Overall, it feels well-made, performs reliably, and offers excellent value for its features.

I’ve been really liking this TENS muscle stimulator so far. It’s been a big help with recovery after lifting weights and also works great for random aches and sore muscles. One thing I really like is how small it is, I can easily throw it in my purse and even bring it to work if I need it during the day. It also comes with plenty of sticky pads in different shapes and sizes, which makes it easy to use on different areas of the body. Definitely a handy little device to keep around.
