Q: How much depth/space does this product has?

About 2 inches out and 2 inches up. Fits a 35 with room to spare.

Q: Do I need factory hardware ?

It comes with a few bolts/nuts that attach the back to the existing factory tire carrier. You would use lugnuts to attach the tire to the front of it. I have a 35" tire on and it works fine though I bet it adds some pressure to the rear door so if you are going to use it offroad a bunch (we only offroad occasionally) I woudl look at something more permanent.

Q: Will this bracket hold factory 2000 Cherokee rims with 31 x 10.5" tires?

Yes. I have even larger tires on mine and worked perfectly
