This frame is so easy to use and the images are beautiful! The app has a free version and a paid upgrade. Just using the free version worked perfectly! You can upload multiple pictures at once. The paid version comes with the cloud for storage but it looks like you can save up to 40,000 pictures on the frame. I love that it gives a notification and a sound when it recieves new images. This is a gift for my dad who lives out of state and I can't wait to buy more for myself and my mom!

UPDATE: I contacted the seller through Amazon regarding my issue and they offered a complete replacement of the frame. I really appreciate this and would feel comfortable buying from them again. The frame worked well for six months but a recent automatic firmware update disabled all of my scheduled settings for turning the frame on and off during the day. When I rebooted it from the menu to try and fix the issue, it now no longer turns on past the loading screen. Googling for product support, it seems the frame and the software are made by two different companies, neither of which has any easy way to contact them for support for this issue.

I have this and have bought three times as a gift. Love the item. You can set up and send to any frame in your family from any location. Image quality is good and easy to edit. This frame is a great value for your money. Fun gift and one everyone will appreciate

I’ve purchased digital frames a couple of times 10 years ago or longer. The frames were not easy to use and each one stopped working after a while so I was hesitant about this one. The reviews on the Frameo frames were great so I purchased one. It cakes just a few days later and within 5 -7 minutes after unpacking and plugging it up, I had uploaded an entire week long vacation photo album to it! I love that it’s so simple and the screen quality is awesome. I also love that in settings you can opt for the frame to auto rotate the photos to fit the frame. And so far it works perfectly. I’ll be ordering another as a gift soon.

If I could give it a zero star review I would. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Bought for my MIL for her birthday and quit working less than 6 months later! Would not let us load pictures. Screen froze and stopped working. Tried troubleshooting per manufacturer suggestions, still did not work. Tech wouldn’t even help without me giving them a CC#! What a waste of money! Can’t even return for refund and they are not cheap! Very disappointing!
