Item arrived in apparently good condition, but on opening and trying to charge the indicator light did not work and the battery became quite hot. I immediately replaced the item as it was originally packed in its original box and returned the item expecting a full refund as per the indicated conditions on their advert. However, I received an email from them saying g they would be charging a 70% “restocking fee” as the item was opened and “used”, and that they had refunded only the remaining 30% of purchase price to me. Of course it had been opened! This is how I found out it was defective - and it was only used in terms of trying to charge it. As for the “restocking fee” - why would they restock a defective item? This is opportunistic behaviour on the part of the seller in charging a restocking fee and not processing a full refund for a faulty item that they had sold. Avoid this seller.

Although it is lightweight, its structural integrity is evident in its high-quality construction. The vacuum offers three suction speeds, allowing users to tailor their cleaning experience. It also includes three filters, one of which is pre-installed, and the filters are easy to clean. Transitioning from vacuum to blower is effortless, requiring only the removal of the dust bin and the attachment of the blower nozzle – a task that takes less than 30 seconds. Moreover, the device comes with a compact carrying case, facilitating convenient storage. I have been impressed by the vacuum's battery life, having used it multiple times without needing to recharge it over the course of a month. Its utility in cleaning up bedroom crumbs resulting from late-night snacking has proven particularly valuable. It's well worth the price tag.
