Super Soothing
This soothing tea has become a staple in my night time routine and helps to ease to me into a night of deep and sound sleep. With its mellow flavour, I look forward to enjoying a cup of this every evening. I also tend to gift this to friends and family who struggle with restless nights, who all seem to love it just as much as I do

Helps unblock sinus and ok taste
Item received in good condition in a lovely branded tin. Aimed at those who suffer headaches and migraines then this is perfect for me as unfortunately I am a headache sufferer and some days they just wipe me out and floor me.I have taken lots of different medicines and the head sticks that you rub on your forehead to give a menthol blast to try and ease your sore head, non of which ever work but I still apply them in the hope of it easing them. I have never had a tea before aimed at doing something similar so I was very keen to try.The tea itself instantly smells of peppermint and spearmint and once made it is like drinking a herbal mixture with mint in it. I have tried several cups of this now and I can say its great for hugging and inhaling the smell and vapours which goes someway to helping lift my sore head. Unfortunately for me I cant say it has been a success to lift my headaches but I believe it can be used in conjunction with other things to try and help.Taste wise its OK but wouldn't be my first choice. As a drink its palatable especially useful if you are congested more than anything but that's as far as it goes for me. I really do wish it lifted my bad heads but maybe for others it will work better.

Five Star Sleep Tea
This is a beautiful tea which arrived in a stylish tea caddy. The tea was relaxing & soothing. It has quickly become part of my bedtime ritual. I have used other Zen Maitri products (their Turmeric Tea is also amazing).

Simply a must have!
I absolutely adore this tea. I have repurchased it more times than I can count. It is easy to brew, delicious and super relieving both hot or cold. The product came packaged beautifully and the tin full the brim. This is a fast acting, easy to use and effective product that I couldn’t go without!

Not a great taste
I think it helps. I keep turning to it to try before going down other routes. My headaches are mostly pressure filled, tension headaches. At least that's what the doctor thinks. The tea sits and brews for five minutes and is a dusty one. I've tried three different tea leaf strainers and all of them result in a pile of bitty leaves sitting at the bottom. Not a massive problem, I just didn't drink the last mouthful. I keep a lid on during and after the brewing process, as I read it can help to stop some of the goodness escaping. The taste isn't great, but I can cope with it. The spearmint comes through in both taste and smell, but nothing can cover that earthy taste. I only make about half a mug, so that I don't have to suffer through it for too long. It's not any better cold.
