No hygiene seal but cute mascara
Looks good but I was suprised that it didn't come with a hygiene seal like they do in shops, particularly as it's for a Christmas present. Purely because of that fact I would probably buy in store next time.

It was ok. I used it over my black mascara. Gave a bit of glitter but most ended up around my eyes and lids by mid evening. Might try it on my hair or lips so it's not wasted.
