So my parents had a vibration plate and while I was visiting them on holiday I had so much fun "playing" with it. However while I usually come back from my parents a little bit heaver (what can I say mom's food is divine) I was surprised when I hit weighed myself and I hadn't gained any weight. I also don't go to the gym much when I'm at my parents but when I did my monthly body scan at my gym I hadn't lost any muscle mass either so I became mega converted and decided I needed one in pink. And I love it. For starters I can't put together anything so I was grateful it came fully put together. It also is so easy to use I can move it anywhere in the room to get the best view of the T.V. and then I can hide it under my bed after. But the stuff that doesn't matter to anyone. I love the vibration options it has a couple of preset options you can chose but personally I like to put it as high as I can while keeping my balance and doing my workout. It has helped my workouts be so much more efficient and I love it. I also would like to add that my dad bought it for his ruined fascia and it has helped him immensely with both pain relief and improved motion in his ankles.

Love it! I know I'm not going g to loose weight but using this but it has help with lymphatic drainage and my joints feel better. So I would count this as a good purchase.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for about a week now, and overall it has been a solid addition to my home routine. I started out slowly because balancing on the platform took some getting used to. Although the instructions suggested keeping my feet close together, I found that standing about hip-width apart actually made me feel the most secure. The included suction-cup base really helps keep the machine steady, even on smooth floors. One thing I appreciate is how many speed levels there are. The range makes it easy to adjust the intensity as you go, and the remote control is incredibly convenient for switching settings without stepping off the machine. The LED display is also clear and easy to read. I also love that it came with several resistance bands in different strengths. They are a good length and feel durable enough for consistent use. So far, I’ve been using the plate for 20 minutes a day. I’ve noticed some mild muscle fatigue in my legs afterward, not as intense as my usual high-intensity workouts, but definitely enough to feel like the machine is doing something. I plan to start adding squats and other movements to increase the challenge. My main motivation for buying it was the lymphatic drainage benefits, and I am curious to see if those results show up with longer-term use. Overall, the machine works exactly as advertised. It’s compact, easy to store, and simple to operate. The variety of modes and speed settings make it versatile, and it feels stable and well made. If anything goes wrong, it’s reassuring to know they have responsive customer service. So far, I am pleased with the purchase and excited to keep experimenting with different ways to use it.
