The posture corrector is very comfortable and easy to wear while carrying on with my daily routine. It is light weight and the material is good quality. If you need help to stand up straight, this product is perfect. It took about a week for my back muscles to adjust to standing straight but then found when I took it off I was not slouching as much. The instructions are easy to follow and they come with a diagram to reiterate how to wear it.

I love this posture corrector, I wear it while working at my computer to keep my back straight and it has helped with my lower back pain. I also feel less neck pain because I’m not slouched over like I was for long periods. It can be adjusted to fit what is comfortable for you and the quality is very good. It is also great for working out for me and my husband uses it while he works having to stand and bend for hours. It provides great support and will get another for my husband to keep, well worth it!

The fit is terrible. Straps rub under armpits. Very uncomfortable. I bought several and have NOT found one that is comfortable. Returned all. I weigh 153 lbs.
