Just two separate straps that use Velcro to adjust and stay in place. Hardest part is honestly figuring out the orientation to put them in, but that takes all of 20 seconds.We will obviously have to update after a few months to see if any results are noticed as this won’t be an overnight cure all.Initial impressions from my wife is that the mask is quite comfortable, especially the eye sockets. They do a perfect job of blocking the red light from leaking into her eyes while still allowing her to see what she’s doing. This was especially helpful since we have a newborn in the house and she’d use this during the evening while we are trying to get him settled or fed (only so much time in the day as parents of two kids under 2!).The control unit is simple to use and comes equipped with a built in timer that automatically shuts off the mask. The supplied charger is rather short, but totally functional. It uses a usb-c port for power. Once charged you can easily get through at least one session without having to worry about the battery going out on you.Not really much more we could want from a mask at this price point!We’ll check back in after a few months if we notice anything worth updating!
