As advertised, this is heavy duty. It is not a flimsy product. Does a good job fully extended and will retrieve all but balls in soft mud. Has paid for itself quickly! Good price.

Good ball retriever. Though, I did have an issue where I hit it too hard (my fault) on the ground and it cracked the tube (very thin there) right below the head. I did my magic and repaired it good as new.

This item works for what I wanted. As a “Ball Hawker”, I search for balls throughout a slow round of golf. This is great as a backup unit since it collapses and fits inside my golf bag. Works well for water retrieval and easy to reach ground areas. This is not made for dense brush areas at full extension nor was it made for that purpose.

Strong and easy to use ball retriever. It incorporates a rubbery center that holds the ball in place. Works bearer than cup style. Handle is long and strong, yet collapses to fit in bag. Highly recommended.
