The flavour's great, the texture could've been great; If only I didn't have to drown it in 650ml of water because of the sheer amount of salt. It is extremely salty, to the point it masks the natural taste of the vegetables. Please reduce the salt, it makes such a good product borderline inedible.

Loved this product, just empty the powder from the packet add hot water and keep it for 2-3 mins and the soup is ready. The taste is really good. The ingredients are all clean and healthy too. Best for a quick meal fix.

Taste is pretty good. Unfortunately I don't like how each packet is a 3 portion serving size. I wish the portions were individually packaged. With this being said, I probably won't order it again.

I ended up stretching it with extra water and topping it with cheese, which balanced it better. One packet makes one generous bowl or two small cups, so don’t expect to feed multiple people unless it’s just a side. It’s not cheap, but the shelf life and convenience make it handy for work lunches or quick dinners. If you want a simple, veggie-heavy soup with no additives, this is a solid choice.

The Simplify Foods Spinach and Broccoli soup is extremely easy to make by just pouring the ingredients into a large bowl or soup cup and stirring in 400ml of hot water. It is very thick and I had to stir it longer to make sure the powder was mixed well and not lumpy. The package says it makes 2-3 servings and I would say it comfortably makes 2 smaller servings or 1 very large soup cup (pictured). The ingredients are healthy and all natural including broccoli, spinach, potato, onion, garlic, celery, leak, cashew nuts, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, basil, bay leaf and black pepper corn. The taste is really good and although broccoli and spinach are the main ingredients, they are not overpowering. It is a very creamy and filling soup which is perfect for a cold day. Overall, I love the flavor and texture of the soup. It is rather expensive at $13.69 for a box of 2 packages, or about $3.40 per serving, however you would easily pay that amount in a restaurant as well. I'm not sure I could afford this all the time, but I would definitely get it again if I saw it at a decent sale price.
