Small chewable vitamin D. Tastes fine. No issues. I usually take it with a meal that has some fat since that helps absorption of vit D.

This is a quality vitamin with great value for money. The chewable pills are very small abut still effective.

I have kidney disease and my vitamin D is depleted. They have these in 1000 units and 2000 units. They have chewable and gels. They are easy to take and they have helped replenish my vitamin D! It has made a big difference in my well being.

Fruit flavor is great. Needs to be in higher potency like the gross mint.
