Bought this for cleaning throttle body parts and it worked very well. Depending on how much fluid you put in the unit will determine how long it will take to heat up. With a full tank of fluid you need to give the unit a least an hour to fully heat up if you’re setting it any higher than 80 degrees Celsius. It will get hot though so be careful when putting parts in the machine.The controls are very basic, like a toaster oven, just time and temperature which I like. The basket seems sturdy enough and the small parts basket and drain line also work fine.I used an ultrasonic carburetor cleaning solution and water to clean an old used throttle body on a TPI type corvette and it cleaned it up nicely. Though, with parts like mine that have lots of nooks and crannies, it will take 2-3 cleanings placing the part in different positions for every bath. Don’t expect the part to come out looking like brand new, a lot of times some areas will need some extra cleaning with a brush, but whatever dirt is left behind easily comes off with a brush and rinse.It is a bit noisy, almost sounds like a leaking air compressor tank, I have mine on a bench in the garage and can barely hear it in the house, which I found okay because you know when it’s running.It definitely worth the money, seems well made, the control knobs felt solid and was easy to clean and store. If you’re planning on using this for car parts or larger items, I would definitely recommend a least the 10L size.

I purchased this sonic cleaner because it offered the size and features that were important to me. I especially like that it has solid knobs to control the temperature and time. Many ultra-sonic cleaners will only heat to 80 or 90 degrees, this one heats to 110 deg. I also felt that the price was good.It seems that I always have projects around the house or for freinds. I plan on using the cleaner for things like rebuilding the caburators from lawn mowers or power washers that so often I am asked to fix.I have only had this for a short time. I have not tried to clean any jewelry but have used it to degrease an coip[le of items, which worked well. I just finished cleaning the spray head from my kitchen sink and my shower head with the flexable metal hose. They both had crusted build up and clogged spray holes. The sonic cleaner did a very good job at removing and loosening the crusted calcium build up on both.For me this size works very well as it gives me the ability to clean larger items. This size also provides a drain with shut-off valve eleiminating the need to carry it to remove the dirty contents.I have cleaned a couple of small items and put them in a plastic baggy with a solution mixture the cleans them best. This way I do not contaminate or need replace the all of the solution.I am very pleased with this purchase as I am sure there will be many discovered uses having this in my garage.

Works great, cleans a lot better than I thought it would. I noticed a lot of reviews commenting on it takes too long to heat up, but I didn’t think it took that long . Indoors, added all cold water and turned temp to max , took about an hour to reach temperature. Not bad if you ask me. I also noticed a lot of reviews commenting on the noise, it’s not necessarily that loud but it puts out a frying sound that has a certain pitch to it that sounds like nails on a chalkboard! So while it is tolerable, I definitely wouldn’t want to be around it all day, I just put it far away from me or put it in a different room. Good product though and good price

Item works awesome so far. I like that the noise level is not bad for what it is. Very easy to use with simple controls. So far it cleans like a champ. It has a clean industrial look that I prefer. I’m very happy and may purchase a larger version for other items.

Works great. Very loud but that was expected. Only reason I gave 4 stars is it arrived non functional. Removed the bottom panel to find one of the wire terminals disconnected from the on off switch. An easy fix. Drain works perfect with no leaks. Large tank size while minimizing space the overall unit takes up. Knobs are solid. Heats up reasonably fast. Parts come out clean.

I’m impressed! It’s loud (65+dB) but leave it in the garage and it works wonders on my bike stuff with simple green HD (1:3) ratio.Before/After! The manual knobs feel sturdy and the drain feature also makes cleanup a breeze. Heats up pretty quick as well.

This has worked great for me. Out of the blue, it died. I thought the whole thing was a goner, but it turns out there is a easily replaceable fuse near the plug/switch. Came right back to life. As an engineer, I very much appreciate this fused interface for saving the electronics. Still use it several times per week on watch parts. It does the trick! As with all ultrasonic cleaners, this one is loud. I put foam between the lid and the bath and that greatly deadens the sound.

Super Gerät,sehr gute Reinigung für Vergaser,hat sehr gut geklappt.Mit dem Passendem Reiniger.Kann man nur empfehlen.

Nog niet gebruikt, maar ziet er goed uit. Goed afgewerkt. Toch verrast door de kleine inhoud. Mijn bril past er alleen diagonaal in, terwijl de inhoud 2 liter is.

Le bac à ultrason semble de bonne qualité, j'ai déjà fait plusieurs bains de nettoyage (à utiliser avec les produits adaptés aux différents matériaux que vous souhaitez décrasser) pour ma part essentiellement des pièces métalliques (carbus, visserie, et autres éléments métalliques)Le meilleur résultat s'obtient lorsque la température est autour de 50°c . Il fait très bien le job.
