Difficult to assemble. Measurements are wrong and it does not fit through a 28 inch doorway. No customer service number. Unable to return, unable to use. Waste of money.

For the price of the wheelchair, it’s a great purchase battery holds up really well have never been stranded with it. Always have more than enough charge for my day.

The advertising was misleading about the weight (90lb is not "lightweight"); the control system was imprecise, so it was difficult to steer in tight spaces (not suited for indoor use). I returned the product.

The chair is beautiful however the width is 26" not 22" as shown and will not go through the doors in my home. It does fold but it weighs about 100lb and is very awkward I do not know many people that can get this chair into the trunk of a car. Even if the power is off the chair continues to move forward I had to disconnect the battery's in order to stop this. When I went to return it the freight charge for the return was $450,00 Buyer BEWARE!!

The product works as advertised, but it weighs about 100 lbs. So a little hard to get it in to my mini-van.

This wheelchair is not as advertised. It is super heavy. It will not work for me to take my mother to appointments. It costed me half the price of the wheelchair to return. I am super disappointed with this seller. I am also super disappointed that Amazon would allow false advertising and not make the seller responsible for return shipping costs. This was such a huge disappointment and really hurt financially!

A pin that locks the handles into place has broken. It appears to be a pain to replace. Have not heard from customer service yet.
