LexanSheet - Polycarbonate - .030" - 1/32" Thick, Clear, 12" x 12" Nominal (Genuine LEXAN Brand)

It is shiny, smooth, scratch-free and durable. It does come with a peel-away protective paper layer. Careful though. If does scratch fairly easily if it hits a sharp or abrasive surface.

We were making festive picture frames with our grandchildren so they could give them as gifts at Christmas time. We didn't want to use glass as it might shatter. I saw this Lexan product on Amazon that was super thin but tough and wouldn't shatter. I was able to cut it with a utility knife - it took about ten passes to cut it all the way through - into the various sizes we needed to fit in the frames. The frames turned out great and the Lexan protects the picture just as glass would butwithout the risk of cracking or breaking.

Nicely protected with plastic film wrap.Thermal forming temperature of 350 F. (400 F melted the material; despite a listed melt point of over 500 F).

The product you get is just plastic, and it is the actual name written on the envelope that contains the sheet:" SABIC Innovarive Plastics". It is so flexible that has only a fraction of the rigidity I am used to get from LEXAN Polycarbonate! Thankfully I still have some spares I can use.

This was the perfect thickness Lexan to make homemade R/C car spoilers for the Traxxas Rustler.Traxxas does not sell replacement spoilers for the Rustler cars so I bought this sheet and cut my own. The Lexan is nicely protected on both sides. Easy to cut and ream mounting holes to attach to the car.

This is thin but it's very sturdy. I did a mosaic portrait out of glass and stone which was glued down to the lexan then grouted with sanded grout. I was able to frame with mat board and frame.

This is awesome if you don't want to write on your computer screen or put stickers on it for whatever reason. I saw it on U tube and am so happy I purchased it. Does the job!!!

I love that it stays so clear. But it takes a lot of heat to make it pliable and it hardens very quickly
