Definitely a great sound bar. The bass speaker makes a huge difference as well. The remote is user friendly and the whole system was easy and very quick to set up. Cable lengths were fine for the distance immediately by the tv. Functionality is great with different preset sound options available. Great for the price!!

I’d been meaning to buy a sound system for twelve years but never got around to it. On a whim, I finally took the plunge and ordered these speakers. My Amazon Prime membership is about to end, and a ten-pound voucher was available for just a few more hours, bringing the price down from £59.99 to £49.99. It felt like the right moment. I chose the fastest same-day delivery option, and they arrived by the end of the day. Very impressive. Setting everything up was a bit of a challenge. I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, but it took some trial and error to get the soundbar and television working together, especially when it came to finding the right sound settings. The instruction manuals were not the easiest to follow. By the next morning, though, everything was sorted, and I was genuinely impressed. The volume and bass are far better than I expected for the price. Compared to the built-in TV speakers, it is a major upgrade and creates a proper cinema feel, especially during loud soundtracks and action scenes. I first tested it with Rambo 4 on Blu-ray, and the gunshots sounded fantastic. Two days in, my only criticism is that dialogue in films does not come through as clearly as the music and action beats. It is not terrible, but it does sound a little cheap, and that is where the budget price shows. Still, the bass and overall volume are excellent if you are mostly watching loud entertainment. I also tested the Bluetooth feature with music from my phone, which was very easy to set up and sounded great in music mode. For £49.99, especially with the included subwoofer, this is a solid purchase if you are not looking to spend hundreds.

Order this sound bar with subwhoofer sound like more expensive than lots of others. Great value for money excellent. If you like watching films or listening to music. Easy to connect to your TV main plug lead to output port and lead to sound bar from subwhoofer. It's as easy as that. You don't need to have it low as it is Great sound quality.

Big improvement on cheap tv built in sound. As soon as I set this up, which took around 10 minutes including unpacking, changing tv sound settings and turning it on, I was surprised how much better the sound was from the soundbar, compared to the tv speaker sound. On a cheap tv used in a man cave, this small soundbar and sub woofer t sound difference was amazing. Okay I didn't use very cheap and thin optical cable included. I had a spare, higher quality optical cable, from a previous sound bar, so can't say if that had a significant impact. I didn't bother messing around with the different sound settings, as I was quite happy as it was. I did increase the sub woofer volume slightly but nothing else. Personally for the money I think it's a bargain. Very pleased with it.

Sorry, I couldn't get it to work at first and I am a quitter! If something doesn't work first time, I'm done! I don't read instructions, I just do. Then it doesn't work. I realise that my TV doesn't have Bluetooth. So I pack it all up, request a return. Incompatible. Then I thought about it for a bit longer. And I tried again. So I'm not really a quitter. I connected it every which way possible. And after a lot of messing around, it's just running off the headphones jack like my last one. The optical cable... Pointless. Why did I get I linked to my phone? My phone isn't my TV. Anyway, it doesn't matter because it's working. The light is green, denoting that it's running through Aux. And just by the way, your instructions would be better if they were for this particular soundbar and not one with a bunch of connections in the back. There's like 4 holes in the soundbar. And definitely no buttons! So it's obvious what goes where. I found my glasses and followed the instructions on the soundbar. And sound! Horrible sound, but sound. I've put the sub against a wall. It sounds better. Sorry to Royal Mail who don't get cancellation notifications.

Bought to replace a larger sound bar as my dog kept knocking it over 🙄, looks good especially with the coloured lights, instructions were a bit complicated for me to follow but worked it out eventually, exactly the right size for the tv stand, volume is really loud, the sub woofer is light in weight which surprised me and I like that you can control it via the remote and the remote is clearly marked for the features on it 🙂

Excellent sound bar we have it in our Static Caravan very easy to set up to our Sony tv. Quality is brilliant so pleased with the sound and the bass is great which I like. If you are thinking of purchasing this just do it you will not be disappointed. I am very fussy with sound quality and this is 10/10 for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone good value for the price paid.

First thing - the optical cables have little plastic tips on them - you must remove them before trying to connect them to devices. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize that - after a Google search. The sound is acceptable for the price point. The three sound settings are not near as good as having an adjustable equalizer, but they do help a bit depending on what sound you want. The subwoofer makes some odd humming/scratchy noises when the system's volume is low. I was able to hook up an older - and more powerful - JVC subwoofer instead of this one - much better. I mostly use this soundbar for streaming music through bluetooth, and the sound does get loud enough to fill my first floor - but don't expect Bose quality or clarity by any means. The main reason I chose this was because the height is what I was looking for. I'm using this low profile soundbar in front of/under a 55" tv, and it does deliver better and louder sound than the TV speakers. UPDATE 10/21 My 25 year old JVC subwoofer died. I hooked up the small subwoofer again, and the sound was still off at low volumes. Upon raising the volume even a little, the amount of distortion coming from the subwoofer was ridiculous. Next I tried using the soundbar only....but without a subwoofer of any sort, the tone was terrible, tinny, and decidedly not loud. I compared the sound of my TV speakers against the soundbar sans subwoofer - not even close - the TV speakers were louder and more dynamic. I cannot recommend that anyone buys this soundbar.

This is a GREAT sound bar & little woofer :) Oddly, my 75" tv doesn't have choice sound nor volume. Not wanting to spend $200 on a bar/system that I would never use to send my neighbors packing, the price point on this one was intriguing. After reading the reviews, I decided it was worth the shot! Good aim I have, good aim I tell you what lol First: you do NOT have to turn off your tv speakers, you just have to at least, turn them all the way down. Second: It arrived in 2 days!! Nice! Third: I love the black, sleek, thin design of the bar. Using velcro, I attached it to the bottom of my tv, which hangs on the wall. I have an outlet behind the tv to hide the wires, so I'll have to figure something out about the wire from the woofer to the bar... hmmmm may just have to deal. Lastly: Although the high volume limit is perfect for me, in my living space... if you have a large open concept living room/kitchen with the tendency to have multiple persons milling about watching, this bar/woofer may not live up to your expectations. Unfortunately, as sweet as this set-up is for smaller to average sized living spaces (living room, bedroom, garage), it doesn't produce the umph most would like in a large, open space. I'd think the same concept could be applied to using it outdoors - which please note, I have NOT tried. If you have a covered patio space with a tv, it may be sufficient, but not if you have a pool & it's 30+ feet away... Overall, for the price point, this is a great buy!! Bar AND woofer :) Let me know if my review helped... I don't generally leave them.
