I was a little skeptical at first because of all the claims that this would help with muscle ache and back pain, but after using it for about a week, I definitely notice a improvement in muscle aches and back ache. On a pain scale of 1-10, after using this product, my pain level now is about 1! It really works and has a very pleasant smell. I highly recommend this product and will be using it going forward.

Temporary pain relief

Worked well for my achy knees, it just needs longer time to wait before getting dressed, till the gel absorbs and dries on skin.

This product did not have a useful effect on me. Normally use products with more menthol cooling which works best for me.

I love this stuff. I had a sore shoulder for a year from a pulled muscle, but after using this regularly, the pain is completely gone. Works great on sore knees, too. Not sticky at all once you rub it in, and lasts all day.

I am disappointed in this product. I thought it would give a little relief towards the pain in my knee. It’s consistency is a little runny so it’s messy when applying.
