Very good. Perfect size for a home slicer.A little salty. But good taste. I'm not sure it's Parma. Parma is not salty like this. But i would buy it again.

Do not buy this product. Advertised as 4-5Lb, it weighted 2.5Lb. Actually, after removing the not edible tough skin and the lower part void of any useable meat, the total useable meat was much less than 2Lb. The quality of the meat was disgusting. Check the picture of what I received as compared to my hand – I use small gloves.I will ask the credit card company to block the astronomical charge I had to pay foe such a misrepresented product. I will inform Amazon, the Better Business Bureau and the Italian company that supplied this product!!!!

The meat is dry and the cotenna, the outside layer, was oily. Do not have the typical smell nor taste of the real Prosciutto di Parma... Also the cut was very inconvenient; I have an industrial slicer but I was not able to position the prosciutto in any way so the slices were uneven...I will never but it againg

Worst Prosciutto I have eaten!
I love Prosciutto de Parma,but this piece what I got I actualy put through the meat grinder because it was so tough! There was Zero fat around it and the meat super salty,what a waste of money.
