I went through a period in which I was getting one cavity after another, despite the fact that I do not eat sweets very much. After sitting in the dentist's chair one too many times I resolved to step up my efforts to prevent more cavities. Front and center was ACT Anticavity oral rinse. I liked that it had no alcohol and that I only had to use it once a day. For the past year and a half I have used the rinse nightly after brushing. The formula is a mild mint that doesn't make me want to spit it out the instant I begin to swish. Best of all are the reports I have received from my dentist during this entire period: no cavities! I credit ACT with this recurring good news. ACT is an inexpensive and effective way to prevent tooth decay.

I got this mouth wash from my dentist’s recommendation. She recommended this for my daughter who was at risk of developing cavities in certain spots. This mouth wash is for prevention purposes, cleans and keeps your teeth strong. There has been a significant change in my teeth ever since I’ve used it. It is visibly cleaner and has that smooth and fresh feel you get right after the dentist. I had 0 cavities when I went to get a dental checkup. I follow the instructions and don’t drink or eat anything before the 30 minutes are up and I use this once a day.

This mouthwash is great. I have naturally really sensitive teeth/thin enamel. I used to avoid fluoride because I heard it was bad and it is toxic to humans. Fluoride has been studied and there are results showing that it does cause brain damage. However, most anti-fluoride sites only focus on the toxicity fluoride has on the brain. They also dismiss fluoride as not even beneficial for your teeth. Many sites I have read state something about how the use of fluoride is based on weak studies that weren't done correctly. However, I am a researcher and I have access to all sorts of research databases. I found 100s of studies that have shown regular use of fluoride to heal small caries and reduce the overall number of cavities. So, I began using fluoride to protect my teeth. I make sure to rinse after usage so I don't ingest any of the toxic substance. After a month of usage, my teeth have gotten a lot less sensitive. I am happy the enamel is starting to harden to help reduce pain associated with hot and colds. I am confident this is helping protect my teeth! This mouthwash is one of my favorites! It keeps my mouth feeling clean and fresh without the harsh burn some other brands have. I love that it’s gentle but still effective. I originally bought the 3-pack, which was a great value—but it’s not available on Amazon right now. I really hope they restock it soon because I’d definitely buy it again!

Decent taste, not overly sharp and unique bottle design limits to just giving out the recommended 10ml amount of liquid. I'm satisfied!
