NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.

I’ve been using this FITVII smartwatch for a short time now and it’s been a solid everyday companion. The screen is bright and easy to read, the watch feels comfortable on the wrist, and setup with my phone was straightforward. I mainly use it for step tracking, heart rate, sleep monitoring, and notifications, and all of those features work as expected for a watch in this price range. The call and message alerts are convenient, and the battery life has been lasting several days between charges

The edge of the back of the watch in which the band is secured broke and the band would not stay secured. I contacted support with a picture of the damaged watch. I was treated very professionally and a new watch is on its way. In addition, I was informed that the manufacturer will be notified to correct the issue in the future.

The customer service was INCREDIBLE. This is the first review I have ever written, and it is because I was so impressed with the support I received. I had an issue with receiving my texts and phone calls on the watch, and I had a simple do not disturb on, oops, and a more in-depth notifications switch. They replied to my questions promptly and even with pictures to guide me step by step. They were there on the weekend and even a holiday. It was impressive and extremely helpful. I cannot praise them enough!!! They, along with the watch, will make me buy from them again! The watch is amazing. It does exactly what it says and that is what I need. I get all the fitness tracking features (and there are tons), the O2, heart rate, blood pressure, AND my texts and phone calls. Beautiful product and service all around! Will buy from them again.

After a few days less than a year, my fitvii watch stopped charging fully. I reached out to product support, they checked my order and offered to send me a new watch with no fuss. I love this watch in every other way. Customer Service is top-notch! I'm very happy with this resolution. I depend on it daily for my steps, sleep tracking, blood pressure, outside temp and of course, time. Highly recommend this watch!
