I bought 2 knives with similar characteristics and decided to try them and decide , which one is better, but I even decided not to check the other oneI did fillet it many wall eyes , small and large basses , perches for 1 nightIt works so quick , smooth and it’s still sharp after cutting the bones . I use this knife for fishing. The handle is very ergonomic and with very tacky rubber that won’t slip. Now I haven’t had the need to sharpen it yet but will update if there is any problem. I would definitely buy other models.

My son is a meat cutter at one of our regional grocery stores Safeway. Got this as part of his first set. He REALLY likes them. It's a quality knife for cheaper than a lot of commercial knives. This does have certification by the restaurant industry I just can't recall what it is.
