Not at all... in fact often I stir it before using... I used to prefer Jiff but I love this peanut butter, give it a try!

Hi Claudia. Thank you so much for your question. You do not need to refrigerate. Personally, I do not. But some customers find that leaving it in the fridge gives it a thicker consistency. For a family of two, I buy a six jar pack of peanut butter unsalted chunky, And a 3 pack almond butter. I have it on reorder every 2 months.
