If i used the entire gallon i assume i would use the entire bottle of catalyst. this would be for an art project. what di i add to make it pourable?

Yes 2oz per gallon. You should have about 15 minutes depending on temperature before it starts to gel

Is there wax added in it?

no wax .fast curing. Don't make a big batch... Great stuff, easy to work with.

I am doing a deck repair in my 68’ fiberform yellowstone. can i use epoxy primer over the repair putty and to seal the plywood?

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. You can only put a coating other than Gelcoat/another polyester Laminating resin over the top of this product when it has been surface cured and prepped. The Polyester Structural repair putty stays tacky to receive other Polyester resin products. You would need to Seal it with Totalboat Polyester Finishing resin/Totalboat Polyester Fairing compound/Totalboat Gelcoat with wax/PVA then prep per primers instructions.

How much area will 1 qt cover?

Honestly it depends on the thickness you need. This is for filling small holes or building up areas that have been damaged, not for laying fiberglass down. It will cure quickly so work in small batches.
