This brace is quite effective for helping with S curve spine and bad posture. It's helped with my shoulder injury which is exacerbated by bad posture. The one flaw is, the Velcro is not very strong. It tends to want to slip off if you apply any amount of pressure to your shoulders. You need this for it to be effective. I have a feeling the Velcro is going to wear out in a month or two. I hope they improve and put much stronger Velcro on future models

I'm not sure about other users, but I will NOT be able to wear this under clothes, it took 15 minutes to put on, and it bunches way too much under the arms. While the support column is sturdy, fighting the constant battle with all that Velcro everyday would not be great. Maybe I'm lazy, but there has GOT to be a better way to do this.

This helps so much with my posture support without being uncomfortable. Made with quality material and very easy to put on and take off. True to size fit also

Had to return because, even woth padding, it dug into my armpits and was very uncomfortable.
