Amazon failure

Quality is not good. The visor quality is very poor, and the visibility is uneven and unclear. When I received the product, it already appeared to be used. I raised a complaint on Amazon, but they said they were unable to replace it and that the matter was under internal enquiry. This is a complete failure on Amazon’s part in supporting customers. I hope Amazon improves its product quality control and customer service after this review.
