A great idea in an emergency, reassuring, a lovely looking band and a good fit for me, very uncomplicated to set up, recommend for peace of mind.

I ordered this as just been diagnosed as beening diabetic, it arrived before stated date, it was so easy to set up all my medical information and it's comfortable to wear, well worth the price, friends have scanned gr code and it gives them my information so happy with this item

So I was pleased when they arrived and slightly disappointed that one is broken , I’ve been in touch with the seller and they are going to replace the broken one . So that’s great .They are perfect and when you scan the amount of information they hold is amazing.I have complex medical needs and on a variety of drugs .This has loads of room to add additional information that others don’t .I particularly liked it even had a section to say if you have pets , what and how many of them there are and an area to add the name of a person who can be contacted to look after them .When you’re not well and have pets it is an added anxiety to get them sorted and to have that included was brilliant.Now I wait for the second one to be replaced.Will update this when it arrives .If it does then that will be amazing customer service.UPDATE:A replacement one has arrived, so happy they kept their word . I bought this item to enable me to store more information than I could on my older style bracelet that contained the information on Paper.This band was easy to set up online using the QR code. It is also easy for someone to access the information in an emergency.I like the product, it does exactly what I want. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether or not the QR code will stand up to wear and tear over time. I guess only time will tell.

Easy to set up and I was able to store more information than expected. A great deal of thought has been given to designing the contents stored.The bracelet is well made. I wonder if it is available in different lengths. I may have missed the option when ordering.

This is a great idea and at first looks great. I have had mine for several months now and it has now started to turn my wrist green. Some of the metal coating has worn off both the front and the back. This means the QR code no longer works and therefore is no longer useful.Disappointed as I really like the idea of being able to change information easily. This is a great idea but needs more work for it to remain accessible.

Very easy to set up.Comfortable to wear.That is actually 2 tags one as a back up.Im wearing both as seen in the picture as I like how it looks.Both tags are identical so it is a back up. Not a second person.
