Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow for Sleeping, Standard, White

I rarely write reviews, but this pillow deserves one. I had been using an “orthopedic” pillow before, and I would constantly wake up with neck pain, back pain, and stiffness. Since switching to the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, all of that is gone. This pillow is incredibly comfortable whether I sleep on my back or on my side. It provides just the right amount of support without feeling too firm or too soft. It gently adapts to my head and neck and keeps everything aligned throughout the night. The difference in my sleep quality has been amazing. I wake up feeling rested, comfortable, and pain-free. It has honestly been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my health and sleep. Absolutely worth every dollar. I would buy it again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone struggling with neck or back discomfort.

Fluffiness: Because this is a low-profile design tailored for back and stomach sleepers, it doesn't have the high-loft "fluffiness" of a traditional down pillow. Instead, it maintains a consistent, supportive shape that never needs to be fluffed. Firmness: The single-piece TEMPUR-Material delivers a fantastic "extra-soft" feel. It isn't stiff or rigid; it gently and precisely adapts to cradle the head, neck, and shoulders to help relieve aches. Appearance: It looks like a premium, high-end product. The crisp white cover features a beautiful interlocking quilted texture with a clean silhouette and a discreet, sturdy side zipper. Quality: The overall construction is outstanding. The proprietary memory foam provides incredible support, and the hypoallergenic cover is easily removable and machine-washable for long-term use. Odor: As is common with new foam products, there is a brief initial scent straight out of the packaging, but it fades incredibly quickly and does not linger or disrupt sleep at all.

The pillow itself is good but the packaging it came in was not. The box that I received the 2-pack in was barely held together with haphazard wads of packing tape and the box was gaping open in several locations. One pillow was protected by a tight plastic covering but the other was open to the air - which there was plenty of due to the box quality. Do not appreciate receiving an item that is not packaged appropriately, especially one that would touch my skin on a regular basis, and I was unable to find a location to report this issue to Amazon or the seller that did not involve calling someone directly. This is unfortunate, because the first time I ordered this pillow for my husband (a 1-pack), the packaging was fine.

You need a mattress that is medium firmness to use this wonderful pillow. It gives perfect neck support and I can sleep on all 4 sides with it. My neck/head pain quit first night used it. On a firm mattress it feels too hard and awkwardly cradle l es my head.

This pillow is heavy - I'm in relatively good shape and each time I move this, I feel like I'm getting a workout - just dead weight. Pillows shouldn't be this heavy. It's ridiculously flat. Any weight whatsoever on it, makes it go completely flat. I mean flat like well under an INCH flat. If I were to measure it, it would most likely be 1/2" high once (no kidding) when my head is on it. I am a stomach sleeper (worst position) and I bought this thinking I could use it lengthwise under my stomach and head - maybe providing some support... It's exactly the same as using nothing! I happened to have a back issue just days after receiving this and this forced me to have to sleep on my back and side for a few days. Again I tried, oh how I tried! I literally folded the pillow in half, trying to "stuff" it under my neck" for support and still it was SO flat and so heavy that I couldn't stand it. I placed it under my spine and it was the same as having NOTHING there at all. My breaking point - the HEAT. Incredible heat is generated from this pillow and this is when I found myself throwing it off the bed in the middle of the night - and that was memorable since it feels like flinging a bowling ball! Also, I'm in MN, and the house temp is about 65 degrees at night!! I have NEVER had "heat" issues. After spending $45 on it, I'm not ready to chuck it but, seriously, this is the worse pillow I have ever owned, and I have had a LOT of pillows, typically high end pillows. I love the feel of the memory foam (when you press your hand into it) BUT, the con's outweigh the pros - by a longshot! Do yourself a favor a get a SOFT MyPillow. Forget politics, his pillows are fantastic. The first one I ever bought is nearly 20 years old and still looks and feels brand new after countless washings. Before buying this pillow, I would re-buy pillows on a regular basis - about every 6 months. When I came on here searching for pillows, I was looking to find something specific to stomach sleeping. If you like flat, heavy and hot pillows - you're gonna love this baby. If not, you may want to reconsider, especially at $45.00. Update 05/22/2022: Okay, I have no idea what happened. The pillow remains flat, heavy and does need to be flipped several times a night BUT, for some crazy reason, it has become my FAVORITE pillow - and I have many! Maybe it's the ugly dog factor... you spend so much time dwelling on it that you bond with it on a subconscious level, who knows! Regardless, I came in here tonight to possibly buy a second one. Price has gone up - a lot! I love it for support, under my neck and recently under my hips (I have a back ache) but most of all, it's a dream for stomach sleepers - although I really want to break this habit. I still have my "My pillow" next to me as well along with two travel sized pillows - it's complicated! I don't have any answers but, for me - this flat-ish, overweight lug really works! Update 7/11/2025 I's now ben 4-5 years and yes, it's still my favorite pillow - crazy!! No pillowcase fits it, the pillow is much smaller than the cases and I literally have to fold the excess pillowcase under the pillow when making the bed. I finally figured out why. I had assumes that this was a standard 20" x 26" pillow. Today, I finally checked the pillow measurements. Size Measurements: Length: 24 inches Width: 15.5 inches Height: 5 inches And this is why you won't find a pillow case that actually fits! Loved the pillow but, it comes with so many issues. I have also now discovered the "Coop" adjustable pillow, which I prefer. This may be the end of the story.

These pillows are very nice with the great support and comfort offered by TEMPUR Pedic. But…the fabric covering is so slick that no pillow case will remain in place. I expected more from TempurPedic. I can only assume the great price is due to the slick polyester covering. Now I need to find a zippered case!

I knew I needed a very soft pillow - all the foam pillows I had bought recently to try to upgrade our home pilllow selection seemed ok to the touch but were still too firm once I tried them out, but recently I also had some neck pain that needed some gentle support and the old old foam pillow I had that was so very soft was losing its supportive qualities and the pain wasn’t getting better. This one seemed by description to fit the bill- very soft by the company’s own definition but also with support. I’m happy to report this is exactly as advertised- the softest foam pillow I’ve tried out of the box but also good support. Pain has improved since I started using this pillow. I would buy more if we need more pillows, it’s perfect for me and I think would be comfortable for most people. I think you just need to figure out how firm you need your pillow and also height preference . I’m an all over sleeper -back, side, even belly sometimes, so it’s fine for me, but it is a little taller compared to other pillows I’ve bought recently. I didn’t compare/try other prominent pillow brands, mostly my experience is Ikea (my daughter uses a very flat and nice foam pillow from them that is even a little pricier than this one and it works well for her), and whatever brands happen to be available at target and Costco. This price point for a name brand is reasonable, I think; I was looking at other brands way over $100, and I was willing to spend that much for something that would work long term, so this one working was great. Also, this definitely does not have any cooling effect technology, which is fine by me, but something to consider if you do like cool pillows. (Although, PSA: I recently had to throw away older foam pillows that had those cooling gel panels because the gel panels started disintegrating into sticky ooze; gross and had to throw away whole pillow because couldn’t dissociate from rest of the pillow. Sad cuz the foam part of those pillows were fine.) Anyway, if you like softer pillows but want good support, this one works well and is worth trying!!

Absolutely love these pillows wished I had known I could get these on Amazon a long time ago. They are worth the money!! just price these in a furniture store where I got my new mattress set so these were definitely cheap cheaper on Amazon for the exact same pillows,

It's comfortably soft. Nice to sleep on sideway and straight. My only minor complain is it get a little warm but I get used to it after the first night sleep.

Ordered one of these for my son in April. So firm yet comfortable that I ordered myself one a few weeks later. Unfortunately it feels like a completely different pillow - too soft and flattens as I sleep. Should have returned it but Amazon are not great in that department….
