Useful product for everyone. Its material is comfortable and overall product is worth your money. Works instantly and better than hot water bags. Cherry on top for me is its sheer size and digital remote (which is easy to use). Though, I wish it had more color variant.Works for pain relief and even gives joy in chilly weather :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Stopped working after 6 months. Sometimes wont start heating. Sometimes the control doesnt even turn on. It was good for 3-4 months. One time i left it running and it burned the bed and cost me to pay the hotel for the bed. Didnt have the auto cut off they mentioned.

Product is as shown in photo. does not have tying strings so you have to keep it on the place where heating is needed. Heating is good. Cord length is ok and connector is strong. Controller is thin plastic so have to be careful . The QR code given for user manual does not work. To switch on after power on, keep the power button pressed till F becomes 1. Other than missing manual due to which its difficult to figure how each function works, its ok. For e.g. pressing timer rotates display between 1-9 . Not sure if its 9 minutes or something. It has auto switchoff function
