Bought in 2018! Still works! I charge it every few months. Bought one for my hubby too. Saved my life today in the heat while I was bringing my daughter home from daycare and cars were just passing me by. I've used it a few other times to help others. Once a young tenant at a gas station asked what it was and watched me go through the process. Everyone should have one of these in case you're in a pickle.

The first thing I'd like to say about this product is don't buy it. I've owned one of the big heavy, five in one, $150 portable jump starters for years, and it's worked great. I figure, try some new technology something light and easy.. twice I've needed a jump to get going and twice this thing has failed me! Not only has it failed me but it has caused damage to my vehicle. The first time it shorted out the starter solenoid. Second time it blew a fuse. Both times it got really hot. Yes, I put the positive lead on the positive terminal and the negative on the negative.I've been working on cars and motorcycles since the 80s, and I'd like to think I know my way around an engine.. this products instructions were confusing and the hookups and cables sent with it are clumsy..It's just a bad deal all the way around, stay away from it!
