I purchased this hand massager with the expectation that it would last long, especially given the brand’s claim of a 15-year warranty. However, the product stopped working within just 6 months, which was very disappointing. What made the experience worse was the extremely poor customer support. When I reached out for help, I was told to communicate only via WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, they kept sending the same automated responses without actually addressing my issue. I clearly informed them that the device is emitting smoke when turned on, which is a serious safety concern, but they completely ignored this and kept asking for the same basic video repeatedly. It felt like they were not even reading my messages.When I tried calling again, the executive insisted I go back to WhatsApp and even ended the call while I was still explaining the problem. Overall, the product failed within months and the after-sales service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive of serious issues. If you buy this product, it may stop working within a few months. Despite claiming a 15-year warranty in the title, the seller does not replace the product when it becomes faulty.I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying this product.
