This is a good yeast for making white wine. I have had no issues with getting this yeast to start with my ferments. I simply dump it in the carboy and within a day the yeast is working great. Good products.

It was alive, and did it's job. It was packaged minimally, so I didn't have 20 different boxes or bags to throw away. It arrived quickly. Overall, exactly what I expected.

Great! Used this to make a fantastic gallon of homemade mango wine. I had received a home wine-making kit from Amazon as a gift, and it sat for about a year before I took the time to make it. After about a year yeast can get old, so I bought this replacement yeast to make sure my batch worked. And it did- it fermented perfectly and the wine is aging now and will be ready to bottle and drink in another 2-3 months. Lots of fun to make!
