MaxxHaul 70149 Trailer Jack with 11-1/2" Lift, Swing-Back Design, Side Wind Handle & Dual 6" Wheels – 1500 lbs Capacity, Bolt-On for Utility & Boat Trailers

I received this and finished installing it within 20 minutes. It's sturdy enough for my small boat trailer. The mechanism to fold it up or down is solid and secure but not hard to operate. Others have pointed out that the wheels are not super strong - but for my needs they're fine. It lets me keep the trailer angled the way I want it when I'm not towing. If I were moving the boat using the jack's wheel across a parking lot frequently I might want something tougher, but most of the time this is going to stay in one place. It was just the right level of quality and function for the relatively low price.

I bought it to replace a bent flip down leg on a log splitter. Admittedly a bit of overkill, this jack leg worked very well. The multiple holes on the mounting plate gave a wide selection of frame sizes to mount to while tightly bracketing the frame. The large diameter bolts can support a lot of weight, this jack is by no means flimsy, things a tank. I found the swing pivot to be tight and sturdy and the spring loaded lock pin very sturdy and easy to operate. The wheels are a hard plastic meant for roads and concrete surfaces not dirt or gravel. Honestly trying to push small diameter wheels in dirt or gravel does not work, they would plow not roll No matter what they are made for. Very pleased with this purchase, a winner worth more than I paid for it. Quality item

I needed something to move my wood splitter, which is very heavy. It was difficult to hook the splitter to my 4wheeler that I use to move it wherever I need. This jack was perfect to eliminate all my problems. Now I don't have to bend over and try to hold it up while attaching it, and being 73, that is a lot. I can simply roll the splitter until it is in the correct position and lower it with the crank until it fits the receiver.

This Trailer Jack was easy to install with my wife's assistance. It does take two people to install. The directions are clear and easy. We replaced the jack on our covered trailer and it fit very well. It is sturdy and seems to be stable. The only drawback I have with having dual wheels is that they don't turn very well.

Replaced existing dual wheel trailer jack which had become difficult to use. Tried adding grease to the old jack, didn't help. Marked the bolt locations with a sharpie before removing old jack. Took about 40 minutes to change out but I am getting old. Two points - the instructions make reference to a washer and nut on the wheel axle. Instead a self locking nut was provided without the washer. I used it. They also included two metal shims which serve as bearings so the wheels still spin freely after tightening the axle nut. The provided shims are slightly longer than the wheels. I mention this as the shims were not in the photo. Pulled the black cap and confirmed there was grease in the gears. I added more as I had it handy. The jack handle turns easily under load but then they usually do when new. Seems like a good value for $49. No complaints.

What a relief from my rusty old-time trailer jack!! A breeze to jack upwards. The MaxxHaul brand was a big factor in my purchase, as I previously bought two hitch mount bike racks from them. Dual wheels was another factor, as the front wheel arrangement can be a problem if your trailer isn't parked on a paved surface. ONE CAUTION: This jack sits a bit high at its lowest height. I tow a small boat trailer with a Kia Soul and I just barely can't rotate it down without my Trolley Jack - maybe by just an inch or so. This would likely not be a problem with most larger cars or trucks.

Brand new buy—not happy! . Nut won’t fit on axel bolt and we are just about to head on vacation. Will have to now to go to get new hardware and waste time and money. I tried to call the customer service number for Max group out of Camarillo, phone number is not a working number.

This trailer jack is just what I needed for my boat trailer. Easy to install, I can now move the trailer around without straining my back. A good purchase.

Esto no vale para nada,se,rompe por q esta hecho con coronas de un metal blando dice q sube las ruedas con peso y se rompe sin peso en el remolque lo dicho edto esta mal fabricsdo me hs durado un mes y lo he husado 6 veces
