I thought it was about time to share with you how I have found this product to have helped me in so many ways especially as I am on the third pot .After trying other brands I have found this one to not only be the easiest to drink but don’t get me wrong it’s not like a fine wine but quite palatable .I seem to have more energy,sleep better,my nails have never been so good not to mention helping with my brain fog .Because of the noticeable changes this is my new go to product :) just wish I had come across it earlier. I am now on my third tub of Shilajit! I'm not normally one for supplements or vitamins etc but I thought I would try this out after reading a lot about it online. I believe it helps me in many ways, in particular my sleep and my energy levels. I often have trouble sleeping and a couple of weeks after starting to use this, I have no issues. I have energy all day and I feel generally a lot brighter. I will continue to use and purchase more. The product is well packaged and feels like a premium product. It also comes with some wooden spoons to measure the correct dosage.

It works but u only get a very tiny amount, don't know why they sell it priced more than gold ,it works to give u some boost though

Empecé a tomar shilayit en cápsulas y después me pasé a la resina. Noté bastante mejoría. A partir de ahora solo lo tomaré en resina porque a mí, en particular, me funciona mejor. Si estás dudando, pídelo. Es un frasco pequeño, pero hay que poner poca cantidad y dura bastante. Después de tomar la resina notarás bastante diferencia, te lo aseguro! Y si no es tu caso, tampoco pierdes nada por probar, ya que no es mucha cantidad ( suficiente para notar los efectos) y tampoco es un gasto tremendo si tenemos en cuenta la mejoría que experimentas. Te animo a probar, a mí me ha funcionado de maravilla!
