is this the real thing from klair labs?

According to Klaire Labs - FortressWellness is the only licenses reseller of their products on Amazon and the internet.

Why was this not shipped on an ice pack? It states on the label to ship chilled, Its been less effective shipped without it.

it took 7 days to get to me from Amazon (no ice pack). I called Klaire Labs and was told by them that as long as I refrigerate it before opening it, it will be fine.

Does this ship with an ice pack?

I got this in May 2017 -- I wrote the company beforehand to ask if they shipped with an ice pack. Here's their reply: "To my knowledge the probiotic is not shipped with ice packs nor is that an option that is available to you the buyer or me the Amazon Seller because all of the packaging and shipping are done by Amazon. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions." When it arrived in my mailbox (which was hot that day) the 2 bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap with NO ice pack.
