Crazy expensive, but so worth it
These have a bit more eyelash room than the Ultras and slightly better peripheral vision as well. The overall fit is similar and once adjusted they are quite comfortable, even for long-term wear. If you go with the Cobra Edge then here are a few tips that may help you love them from the first swim. 1) Choose the nosepiece carefully and don't be surprised if you end up with a smaller size than you would expect. In my case I assumed Large would be correct and it did fit well, but I found that the goggles sealed better and could be worn with less strap tension when I used the Medium. A good rule of thumb is to use the nosepiece that will allow the lenses to sit as close as possible to your nose. If there's too much room then the structure of the goggles will cause the goggle seal to pull away from your nose. 2) Start with really light strap tension and only increase if you experience leakage. The straps on these do not need to be tight at all for regular practice. You'll want to add more tension for a diving start, but otherwise you can get away with minimal pressure. 3) Rinse them in the pool before use and shake to remove extra water, but fight the urge to swipe. I'm able to go weeks without fog issues. They truly are amazing in this regard. Just for fun I used my wife's ultras for one practice and although the Edge and Ultra are more similar than different, the Edge are quite a bit more comfortable.

Difficult to fit, leaky if not fitted right
I had a really hard time getting these goggles to fit at first. It took me several trips to the pool to get them just right, the first 4 or 5 were frustrating swims with very wet eyes. Eventually I figured out which nose bridge to use, and it was smaller than I expected, to get the leaks to stop. Even with what turned out to be the too big bridge piece, the lenses really suction onto your eyes, so I thought I had it right until they would start leaking. They are only comfortable in a swimming position. For some reason, wear them standing up causes a very uncomfortable tugging feel on my eyes. They are crystal clear for about the first 30 minutes of a swim, then they start to fog up. I had to take a quick break on my most recent swim because the lane rope next to me broke and after taking the goggles of for just a second the fogginess went away for the rest of my swim (about 30 more minutes). If you aren't a distance swimmer, you might not notice this issue. Overall, I give them 3.5 stars, but I have to round up to 4. I was hoping for more at this price.

BEST GOGGLES FOR COMPETITIVE SWIMMING
My son uses these for swim practice and swim meets and they are absolutely amazing. I have been purchasing these for years. They never leak, even when diving, they may fog sometimes, but you can quickly swipe the inside of the lens and it goes away. They are really durable, and high quality. They look amazing, especially the mirrored ones. So far they haven't scratched at all. They also have a very hydrodynamic design, which means there is not much drag while wearing them to maximize speed. Overall, I highly recommend these goggles!

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. The hard bars on the side make them not easy to fit in a pocket after the swim. The solar lens is very good. May be too dark on my opinion (and I'm an open water in a hot country)

Great goggles! Top of the line! Nothing else comes close
Probably the best money can buy. Best performance, best fit, best lenses. Bought a pair for my ex-fiancé as a surprise. She was a D1 collegiate swimmer. She loved them immediately. She cried because she was so happy when I bought them for her. She didn’t cry when I asked her to be my wife and start the family we always wanted. She loved these goggles more than she loved me and a good future together. Buy them for your future ex! Highly recommended!
