Confession: I don’t drink coffee, and don’t own a coffee machine. But I did order Food Grade Grease intended for maintenance of coffee makers because I needed food grade grease for my stand mixer and attachments to my stand mixer and could not find it locally. This product made quick work of a nasty squeal and I feel good about having used it because it is food grade, so it won’t make our food toxic if it happens to somehow get introduced in something made with the appliance. It is likely that the tube will last a lifetime, because everything for sale these days is either single use stuff or things designed for longevity/not designed for at home maintenance. I would have referred if the applicator had a pointed nozzle, like a caulking tube to directly apply a small amount to the destination in need of maintenance. Overall however, I was quite pleased with the product, its performance and found it to be a good value for the price. Tip: Ensure you run a batch of food/beverage through your machine after application to ensure that it as much of the grease as possible has been removed prior to running through food/beverage that people will consume.

I haven’t had any leakage. Mine arrived responsibly packaged and had no issues.
