Odd ergonomics
It's a nice looking chair, which is why I bought it- but the base of it, where you sit, feels like it's at an angle that pushes you away. So after a while you feel like your bottom is more towards the middle of the chair and is just... uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this chair but I don't think it's designed super well ergonomically speaking.UPDATE: Do not buy this chair. I use it for office hours and it's destroying my body.

Very poor customer service and product
Would not accept my return and wanted to charge me $80 for shipping. Once you get the chair, you are stuck with a piece of junk.
